Are you using the same job boards to apply for jobs each week and getting nowhere? Then, try diversifying your search by using various job boards. Second, make sure you have all your application information, such as previous employers’ contact information and a list of references. Small details like this could separate you from the competition. Lastly, even though “quick applies” gets your resume to an employer faster, it also means that hundreds of other people probably submitted their resume too. So, try applying to positions that require more effort because these attract fewer applicants and thus minimizes your competition. Good luck and as always... Happy job hunting!! General Job boards:

Stressed out? Feeling down? Then, remember these sayings to help you out!
We created two sayings that help bring you back to neutral and boost your self-confidence: J B and I G T J B means Just Breath. Deep breathing has shown to have a positive impact on the body and mind. The idea is to remind ourselves to take deep slow breaths so that we can relax our mind and body to bring ourselves back to neutral. This way we can think and behave more clearly during times of stress. I G T means I Got This. Self-talk helps bring us from a negative mindset to a positive mindset. Studies have shown positive thinking can build self-confidence, reduce stress and even improve health. Therefore, telling yourself “I Got This!!” builds your self-confidence that can enhance your performance during stressful situations. So next time you are in a stressful situation just remember...
