Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Position
 
Receptionist, Administrative Assistant to Leadership Team
We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our team. This is a part-time position for a front desk receptionist, administrative assistant to the leadership team. You will work closely with management and clients to ensure daily activities are executed efficiently and timely. Pay is $12-$14 per hour. Hours vary per week; on average, 10-15 hours per week, and could be more or less, with Saturday availability a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets clients and families
  • Data entry into databases
  • Schedules clients and assists with intake paperwork
  • Work in multiple databases to enter and retrieve data
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Manages and monitors payments
  • Provides general office support for scanning, emailing, creating folders, filing, and faxing documents
  • Corresponds with clients, staff, and government employees for appointments and monitor calendars
  • Assists leadership staff with communication, appointments, scheduling, and more
  • Performs all other duties required and assigned
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Compassionate and positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proficient technology skills
  • Must be able to pass a level II background check
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information is a must
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays as assigned
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working between office locations
  • Holds a high school diploma
  • Holds at least 1 year of front office or assistant experience
  • Bilingual is a plus
