As Intake Coordinator, Elise helps to make clients' interactions with the Career Central team as smooth, pleasant and stream-lined as possible. She has a diverse work experience in the non-profit field, where she primarily focused on improving lives through education and social justice. When she is not chasing after her toddler on the playground, Elise loves to spend time at the beach, in an art museum or in dance class pretending it's not too late for her to become a ballerina. She is passionate about creating change through personal growth and community activism.

Dr. Perez-Estremera received her Philosophy Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University: School of Brain and Behavioral Sciences. She is passionate about neuroscience and psychometric assessment. During her doctoral degree she specialized in Neuropsychological/Psychological Assessment, Neurorehabilitation, Research, and Health Psychology. She completed her postdoctoral required hours in Forensic Clinical Neuropsychology and in Psychological Assessment. Dr. Perez-Estremera has worked providing services in nursing and rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and in private settings providing assessments to pediatric through geriatric populations. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She enjoys multi-culturality and is passionate about the importance of diversity, empathy, and inclusion.

Steve has worked in the social services in Central Florida since 1993. Licensed since 2000, he provides clients with compassionate, contemporary & effective mental health counseling services. Using an eclectic & comprehensive approach tailored to the needs of each client, he facilitates positive change in their lives. Steve enjoys traveling the world, playing guitar, going to live music events, backing his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
