Benefits Counseling services are here to help you to make informed decisions about your financial future while working and when returning to the workforce. You will learn about your federal benefits, ways to maximize your financial wealth, information on SSI, SSDI, Medicare, Medicaid, reporting wages to Social Security, and much more! ​

Will you contact Social Security without me knowing?

No! We will never contact Social Security without your consent. You must give us permission to contact Social Security.  The purpose of WIPA Services is to give you accurate information in regards to your Social Security benefits so that you can make strategic choices when going to work. We empower you with information so that you can make informed decisions about working and receiving Social Security benefits. 

Will you report my wages to Social Security for me when I go to work?

No. That is your job. But! We will give you plenty of information on how to report wages to Social Security during your meeting with us.  

Will I learn ways to increase the money I get each month during my appointment? 

Yes! You will learn how to increase the money you get each month, both when receiving your Social Security benefits and from the money you make when working. 

I don't live in Central Florida or I can't travel to the office. How can I participate in services?

We provide Benefits Counseling services in-person, by phone, and video conferencing. We will call you, or if you like, we can contact you through a video conferencing program.
